Garlic and Rosemary Red Potatoes


Cooked in olive oil infused with rosemary and garlic, these potatoes become sweet and tender when roasted for hours. These are great for holiday gatherings when you don’t have space in your oven to roast potatoes to go alongside your meat. They require no chopping or prep; simply put whole red potatoes in your cooker with the rest of the ingredients and turn it on.

1/2 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary leaves
20 small red potatoes
Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir until potatoes are covered with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve immediately.
