Orange Glazed Carrots


These are so easy, yet so delicious and a big hit at holiday dinners. The orange juice goes naturally with the sweetness of the honey and carrots, and is rounded out by the addition of thyme.

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 pounds baby carrots
Coat the inside of your slow cooker pot with cooking spray, brush with oil, or line with a slow cooker liner.
Add everything to your slow cooker pot. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to be sure the carrots are fully coated.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until carrots are tender.
Serve warm straight from the cooker.
